Textile processing - The extraction of lint and thread residue by side channel blowers

(businesspress24) - When processing fabrics or yarns, the physical properties of yarns or fabrics always cause so-called lint. This process is due to the constructive properties of the media. Actually, you experience this process every day. Each fabric loses its smallest components when worn by abrasion or movement. Especially when washing or high mechanical stress can observe this process. Finally, abrasion also occurs during production in the textile industry. Due to the high throughput of material during processing, large quantities of lint and residues accumulate on and around the production machines. These quantities must be disposed of, as they understandably would interfere with the process, cause accidents or bring machines to a standstill. This is where the side channel compressors start. In a central station, negative pressure is generated. This negative pressure is passed into separators, which collect the sucked waste. A central pipe system branches the vacuum to the machines and places where the waste accumulates. Here the lint, fabric residues and yarn residues are collected. Flexible air ducts can also be connected to various adapters in order to extract where there is no need to dispose of them permanently. An example of an installed central intake location can be seen in the figure. The tanks installed above separate the sucked air from the waste. The collected waste must be disposed of at certain intervals and according to the seizure. The intake flow of the side channel blowers is protected by safety filters so that the paddle wheels inside the side channel blower can not be damaged by sucked solids. A mounted safety valve per compressor ensures that I can continue to clog the compressors without being damaged. SKV technology indicates another advantage of the installed application. This compressor is manufactured by a well-known German manufacturer and used primarily in industrial applications. The compressor is not sold to home users. The side channel compressor weighs 239 kg. Despite its weight, it is very compact with a width of 70 cm and a length of 80 cm. The compressor is powered by high-voltage (at 50Hz 360-440 Volt). If customers operate a 60 Hz mains voltage, then they can operate the device at 432-528 volts. The machine needs protection at 50 Hz from 52 amps. This information also applies when operating in the 60 Hz mains. Customers should have adequate protection and appropriate in-house transport options. Noise emission: In normal operation, the engine is not particularly noticeable. Just a noise of 75 dB (A) at 50Hz or 84 dB (A) at 60Hz emits the side channel compressor. That is little and the machine can be operated directly at the place of use without the need for additional piping or soundproof hoods. If, however, additional sound insulation is required, customers can install it using so-called silencers / pipe silencers or soundproof hoods. Customers also receive these accessories from SKVTechnik.Wenn customers want to connect the device to existing installations, they find on the suction and on the pressure side each a standard 100mm standard thread. Performance data: The performance data for operation, each for 50 heart and 60 heart: Im In the heart operation, the compressor generates 1940 ms compressor weighs 7 kilograms and is powered by high voltage (at 50Hz 200-240 delta connection / 345-415 Y circuit). If customers have a 60 Hz mains voltage, then they can operate the unit at 220-275 in delta connection / 380-480Y circuit. The machine needs protection at 50 Hz of 1.16 amps in delta connection or 0.7 amps
